v2.0 — the assistant that asks

  • The WhatsApp assistant now asks instead of guessing: ambiguous dates get a which-day question, with the shift shown on each option.
  • Every save is confirmed with the real calendar date, and a one-word "no" undoes the last change.
  • A day off that clashes with a published shift opens a request and alerts the owner — the shift stands until approved.
  • Evening staff-update summary: one short message with what changed and who is still silent — immediate or off if you prefer.
  • The schedule shows explicit day-offs and marks people who have not replied (amber), so silence never looks like "off".
  • Names sorted alphabetically; the mobile schedule opens on yesterday | today | tomorrow; "schedule for next week?" answers with next week.

Reminders and delivery you can see

  • Shift-start reminders ("your shift starts at 11:00 — reply started") and clock-out nudges before shift end.
  • Morning catch-up asks for yesterday's sales if they were never entered.
  • Activity shows delivery ticks — see whether a message actually reached the phone.
  • All times shown in the store's clock, with a live store clock in the sidebar.

  • Day-end wrap now includes labor % alongside sales and hours.
  • Sales reminders go to the manager, the owner, or both — and escalate if the number is still missing.
  • Enter a missed day later and the wrap re-sends automatically.
